The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account password and for all activities that occur under their Account.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be governed by the laws of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
If any provision of these Regulations is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
